Each boat Captain is responsible to call the Central Reservation System and make their own reservation.  The Captain will need to give the operator the date of the rendezvous and the club’s name. Captains can make their reservation from six months prior, up to two weeks before the rendezvous.  If all of held slips are not reserved two weeks before the event, they will be made available to the public.  There is no problem if your club over-books as long as slips are available.
